Role Summary

The L3 Zscaler Engineer serves as the final technical authority for Zscaler platforms, leading architecture design, deep‑dive troubleshooting, automation, and Zero Trust security implementations. This role owns complex problem resolution, drives platform optimization, and mentors L2/L2.5 engineers.
