We are seeking a skilled Zoho Admin (Zoho One Specialist) to manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho One ERP ecosystem. The primary focus of this role will be to streamline and enhance sales operations through efficient system configuration and automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Zoho applications and the ability to design workflows, customize modules, and align business processes with organizational requirements.

• Customize and manage Zoho One applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
  

• Design and implement sales workflows, pipelines, and automation processes

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales tracking
