Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Junior Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all features and settings within Zoho CRM are configured correctly for our clients. You will be working closely with the team to create and customize fields, modules, and workflows, as well as handling data imports and connecting Zoho apps. Weekly monitoring and optimization of the system will be part of your role to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Configuration: Ensure that all Zoho CRM features and settings are accurately configured to meet client needs.
• Field & Module Creation: Design and create custom fields and modules in Zoho CRM to tailor the system to client specifications.
• Zoho App Integration: Integrate various Zoho applications to work seamlessly together and improve workflow efficiency.
