Job Description

We are seeking a Technical/Integration Specialist to support and enhance integrations within the Zip Intake Management platform. This role focuses on API integrations, middleware support, troubleshooting, and technical administration across procurement and enterprise systems. Ideal candidates bring strong experience with SaaS integrations, enterprise APIs, ERP systems, and production support in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

-Support and troubleshoot production integrations (APIs, webhooks, file transfers, workflows)

-Perform RCA and partner with IT, security, and vendors to resolve issues

- Build and maintain integrations between Zip and systems including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Agiloft (CLM), OneTrust, HR, and identity platforms
