Responsibilities include placing outbound calls, responding to inbound calls, monitoring and working complex cases for credit and debit accounts in order to identify fraudulent activity and prevent potential high-dollar liability. Fraud Detection mitigates member and credit union losses via the Falcon Fraud Detection System. Teleperformance is a Regulated Financial Company operating largely in the BFSI sector. As such, it is a condition of numerous Service Level Agreements with many of our clients that Employees possess acceptable credit scores and that they have no criminal records throughout their employment tenure with our Company.
