About the Role
We’re hiring a You Tube & Video Growth Manager to own the growth, performance, and output of our video channels across India and global markets. This is a player-coach role — you will personally edit, package, and ship videos today, while building the systems, playbooks, and eventually the team that will scale this function tomorrow.
You will own multiple You Tube channels end-to-end: editing long-form videos and Shorts with your own hands, running livestream production, designing or directing thumbnails, and using You Tube Studio data to decide what we publish next. As channels grow and budget unlocks, you will hire and lead editors, designers, and livestream operators reporting into you.
The ideal candidate has personally grown You Tube channels in India, edits fast and well, understands the algorithm at a working level, and is hungry to grow into a team leader within 6–12 months.
