The Youth Worker is responsible for planning, designing, conducting and evaluating impactful programs to enhance youths’ social-emotional competencies and prepare them for future education and career opportunities. This role includes mentoring youth, fostering community partnerships, curriculum and programme development, and overseeing day-to-day operations to create a supportive environment for youth development.
