About The Role

We are looking for a positive, consistent and relationship focused Youth Mentor to support one of our young people within our Children's Residential Home in Eastbourne. This role is centred around building a genuine, trusting and meaningful relationship with a young person, acting as a positive role model and providing consistent support following the school day. Unlike traditional residential care roles, this position focuses heavily on connection, influence and shared experiences. The successful candidate will help promote confidence, emotional wellbeing, independence and positive decision making through regular engagement and mentorship.
