Job Description

About the role

:
  • As a Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance to secondary students aged 7-14 with behavioural difficulties.
  • Working 2:1 or with small groups to manage behaviour.
  • Implement behaviour support plans or Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • De-escalate challenging situations using positive behaviour strategies.
  • Help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
  • Support students’ learning alongside their behaviour needs.
  • Help maintain a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
