Job Description
Responsibilities
Business Development
Development of sales opportunities across all assigned countries (Kuwait Oman Qatar Bahrain Jordan Iraq Pakistan and others). This includes researching construction infrastructure and industrial projects in each market.
Client Relationship Management
Maintaining relationships in each country with existing customers and acquiring new clients. Regular visits are essential to demonstrate commitment and build trust (face-to-face meetings in the business culture are of critical importance). Documenting customer requirements inquiries and feedback to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and entering them into the CRM system.
Dealer and Partner Search
For certain projects with exceptional requirements local support is necessary to maintain sales opportunities. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential partners.
