与客人和相关人员(信贷经理，预订销售代表)联系，确保特殊的账户按客人要求结账
处理解决帐目方面的问询
核算旅行社、PCR佣金等
及时核销应收账款，并打印pay帐报表
核对每日信用卡收入是否准确并及时PAY帐

完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力
熟练使用微软办公软件
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
