Role Summary

You will be responsible for defect reduction, monitoring inline defect performance and end of line yield, as well as leading yield improvement and inspection methodologies excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, qualify and sustain inline inspection and equipment to continually enhance defect detection capabilities
• Pinpoint potential yield-limiting defect sources and drive defect reduction roadmap for respective technology, program or related modules to improve production yield
