Job Responsibilities Welcoming and announcing visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct person or department. Assisting staff, visitors, and members of the public with inquiries and providing accurate information. Coordinating bookings for reception and meeting rooms. Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
