Responsibilities

• Manage and address lender conditions required for loan approval and settlement.
• Provide timely updates to clients and third-party partners regarding the status of their home loan applications.
• Offer process feedback to brokers aimed at enhancing the home loan application workflow.
• Proactively drive early loan settlements to maximize client revenue.
• Exceptional file management skills.
• Strong business correspondence abilities, particularly via email.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (9/10 proficiency in English).
