• In charge of store operation management, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store display, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality, and provide customers with satisfactory service experiences.
• Responsible for the store P&L, monitoring and analyzing operational data, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating goals.
• Manage and train the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality and service level of the team.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry would be preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing.
• With a strong passion for retail, a strong learning ability, an excellent cooperation spirit, and a sense of ownership.
