Location: Tuas / Changi

Working Hours: Shift hours (Rotating shift)

Period: 2 Years Contract

• Supervise and assist Outbound HOD on Warehouse day to day operations
• Generate daily distribution report/listing from WMS
• Sorting and checking of items picked for delivery at the Outbound staging area
• Plan and co‑ordinate Drivers to deliver the items to internal and external users
• Co‑ordinate and liaise with user on urgent indent request and self‑collection items
• Collect serviceable and unserviceable items returned from users/units and perform physical and accountability checks on the items before bringing back to the warehouse
• Tally the issue vouchers against the WMS delivery note ensuring that all items have been successfully delivered
