Support Workers

2 Support Worker/Driver required. Hours and sleepovers are scheduled in a 4‑week period: 3×24‑hour shifts per 4‑week period on a working rota (days will change). You will also be requested to cover for staff holidays and sickness. Additionally, 4×24‑hour shifts per 4‑week period are available.

Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour for all hours worked.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or training in working with young adults with extra support needs (desirable but not essential).
• Driver with a clean driving licence (essential).
• Flexibility to be part of a good working team.
• Successful applicants will be required to undergo the New PVG Disclosure; the employer will pay the fee. If you leave within the 6‑month probationary period, the cost may be recouped from wages.
• Car insurance (including business insurance) may be required if using own car.
