Position Description For WW Studio Coach

Location: Studio-based

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving Member Recruitment/ Retention and WW Business: Leverages personal connections to encourage member retention, ensuring interactions and workshops are aligned to WW brand standards and delivers excellent experience to drive member referrals and workshop growth.
• Cultivates member engagement with WW program and tools and ensures member satisfaction with in-studio experience.
• Leverages social media and other platforms to engage with the WW community and to support workshop growth and member retention.
• Identifies members’ needs and goals through effective questioning skills and active listening to tailor recommendations of WW products and offerings and drive sales, seeking to understand and using knowledge to help build healthy habits.
