Position Overview We are seeking a
Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer
to oversee, manage, and elevate our safety management systems. You will lead the site safety team, ensure full regulatory compliance with the Singapore WSH Act, and work closely with project management and clients to maintain an incident-free environment during complex semiconductor fab/industrial construction phases. Key Responsibilities WSH Management System (WSHMS):
Develop, implement, and continually audit the site's Safety Management System to comply with Singapore legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
Statutory Compliance & Reporting:
Act as the main liaison officer for MOM, National Environment Agency (NEA), and other regulatory authorities. Ensure all legal registers and licenses are up to date.
Risk Management Leadership:
