Dream Book is an AI-powered writing platform. We're building the editorial and creative layer that turns a person's experiences into a manuscript worth publishing.

We launch publicly later this year, and we're building the small team that will shape the quality of every book that comes out of the platform.

The Role

As a Book Manager, you sit at the intersection of editorial judgment, user conversation, and product quality. You'll be one of the first people in the company whose job is to make sure every Dream Book is a book worth reading. You'll talk to the people writing them, review what the AI produces, and flag what needs to get better — both in individual manuscripts and in the platform itself.

This is a hands-on role for people who love books, love reading, and want to help build the editorial spine of a new kind of publishing platform.
