Organizations with complex operations often struggle to evaluate and improve their internal processes. The Workforce Manager will analyze the Mission Command Training Program's operating environment and help optimize workforce management processes supporting large-scale Army training exercises. In this role, the Workforce Manager will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and management of a cadre of cleared part-time on-call personnel who augment MCTP across live, virtual, and constructive training events.
