Job Description

Our client is an engineering company based in Mallusk. Due to an increase in workload they are now seeking to recruit a Workshop Supervisor to join the team.


As the successful Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing process, and also manage a small team in the safe and efficient use of punching, guillotine, folding and labelling machines.


Hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.45pm, Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production packs and kits are complete
  • Ensure product is tested and readied for despatch and that internal checklists are completed in line with policy prior to despatch.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation and accompanying processes of a small workshop team including holiday requests, sickness, allocation of projects, timesheets, testing of panels etc.
