The Role:
To oversee and optimise the maintenance operations of all equipment and products at the Great Yarmouth global hub. Foster a proactive and positive work environment, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability and lead the team with a can-do attitude, driving efficiency and innovation to achieve operational goals.

Principle Accountabilities:
Leadership and Maintenance: Oversee the planned and preventative maintenance of all equipment, ensuring zero breakdowns through hands-on leadership. Strive for the highest standards of mechanical reliability and aesthetic appearance.
Inventory and Load Out: Take overall responsibility for the accurate and timely load out of inventory as per project design proposals and load out lists. Coordinate with certifying authorities for equipment release.
