Core ResponsibilitiesStaff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor service advisors, mechanics, and parts personnel.Financial Management: Prepare annual operating budgets, control costs, and track profitability. Customer Relations: Act as the highest point of escalation for customer complaints, ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores, and oversee repair estimates. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all work meets manufacturer factory standards, safety codes, and environmental/waste disposal regulations. Marketing: Develop strategies to promote new business, drive repeat service, and optimize workshop capacity.
