The Certified Diagnostic Technician – Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars is responsible for advanced vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and technical troubleshooting on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles. The role requires strong hands‑on diagnostic expertise, adherence to manufacturer standards, and close collaboration with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workshop operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault‑finding on Mercedes‑Benz passenger vehicles.

• Utilize Mercedes‑Benz diagnostic systems and tools to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

• Support workshop operations by providing technical guidance on complex repairs.

• Ensure all diagnostic and repair work complies with Mercedes‑Benz standards and procedures.
