- Achieve workshop turnover targets by effectively utilizing resources, including staff, equipment, tools, and procedures.
- Collaborate with Technical/Training Department to assess technician training needs, create development plans, and ensure new technicians complete necessary e-Learning within probation.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by performing random quality audits on technician work.
- Properly manage scrap parts storage and arrange timely disposal.
- Adhere to warranty procedures as per guidelines, ensuring compliance in factory hours and FRU allocation.
- Review recurring technical, product, and quality issues regularly, coordinating with the Technical Department to resolve them.
