Job Description
Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose and repair a wide range of electric motor failures from simple issues to complex rewinding needs.
- Perform precision rewinding of stators and rotors, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of motors post‑rewind, verifying performance and identifying any potential issues.
- 5–8 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of motor rewinding.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to handle and manage the rewinding workshop independently.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- B‑tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of rewinding and electrical workshop operation and coordination.
