Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and implement warehouse activities in accordance with the plant's procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage all material movements including, but not limited to:
- Materials receipt and inspection
- Materials issuance
- Packing, sorting, storage and organisation of materials to ensure optimum space utilisation in the warehouse
- Maintain proper records and documentation, and ensure timely upload of transactions and data into inventory management system
- Maintain accuracy of inventory levels via control of daily warehouse transactions and conduct of cycle counts/stock takes
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and spares
- Coordinate with Maintenance department to ensure sound material management with optimal level of spares kept on site
