Works Supervisor I / II (Building Services – Electrical) (carrying the job title of ‘Maintenance Officer’)
The appointee will be responsible for (a) supervising internal staff and contractors to perform installation, repair, maintenance and testing of electrical installations; (b) preparing documents and drawings for tender of project/AA&I/repair and maintenance (R&M) works and subsequent supervision; (c) seeking improvements on system operation to achieve carbon reduction; and (d) performing other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work overtime and on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays when necessary.
 

Applicants should have/be (i) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognised university or technical institute; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification supervisory experience in electrical installation, operation and mai...
