Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Works Manager to take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially successful operation of a manufacturing facility in Warrington.

This is a senior leadership position with accountability for all site activities including production, maintenance, engineering, health and safety, quality, operational performance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and ensuring the site consistently delivers against business objectives.
