Job Description
Oversee and ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations, especially under Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) guidelines. Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures. Ensure all workers follow safe work procedures and use proper PPE at all times. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for workers. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses prepare reports and recommend improvements. Maintain proper safety documentation, permits, and records. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters. Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Council Singapore (WSH Council) standards and best practices.
