Onsite Lead (Operations) — Dayshift, Full time, Onsite Iloilo Office. At least 3 up to 5 years work experience.

About the Role

As an Onsite Lead you will serve as Cooee's primary culture carrier and operational leader in Iloilo. This role is responsible for deepening Cooee's culture, strengthening relationships with stakeholders locally and overseas, and ensuring smooth office operations including workforce planning.
