driving improvements on-site and at a regional level. You’ll help your colleagues
maintain high standards, all while driving a culture of safety and inclusivity on your site.

Key job responsibilities
1. Manage your team on-site, whilst regularly collaborating with other teams across the company.
2. Use internal reporting tools to analyse data reports and root causes that provide leadership with the information they need to make safety related
decisions
3. Provide guidance and arrangements for health and safety projects and policies
4. Drive programmes designed to improve the safety culture in Amazon
