Title: Workplace Exp Coordinator

Pay Rate: $24-25/HR

Hours: M-F 4 - 6 hour days Or 5 5 hour days

Not 40 hours , Under 30 hours a week

Location: 1 N. Broadway, -White Plains NY



Team Overview:

Probably they will be working with directly over there



Resource's typical working day:

Lobby receptionist

Coming into the office, buzz them in, get them registered

Replenishment of snack, making sure people put their dishes in the dishwasher

Helping with concierge duties

Order office supplies, put them away

Some mail and packages



Must Have Skills:

Need to be organized and professional

Need to show up and be able to help people come and go



Software skills:

MS Office Suite
