The Workplace and Collaboration SME will be part of an agile product team responsible for the deployment and lifecycle management of laptops and desktops, both physical and virtual. This includes operating, updating, and maintaining end-user PC platforms throughout their lifetime. The role also involves providing 3rd level support to assist other support functions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The team is responsible for software deployments, primarily through the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) platform but not limited to it. The ideal candidate will bring a broad skill set with a specific focus on Virtual Desktops and applications, with experience in Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or other client virtualization platforms.
