Job Description
Front of House Coordinator
- Answer and route telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area and front‑of‑house meeting rooms, ensuring a consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
- Maintain the overall appearance and presentation of the front‑of‑house space to reflect a professional and positive first impression.
- Welcome and register visitors, announce them to relevant personnel, and maintain visitor registration records.
- Manage the recording and updating of the office closure message as required.
- Oversee office closing procedures, including relevant signage and end‑of‑day checklists.
- Ensure Astro subscriptions and daily newspapers are managed and distributed promptly.
