I’m looking for a skilled Working Foreman for a premier contractor in Oxfordshire/Berkshire. This isn't your standard site role; my client specialises in high-spec, bespoke refurbishments for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on projects up to £5m.

This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is still a master of their craft but wants to step into management. As the company grows, this role is designed to evolve into a full-time Project Manager position.

The Role

You’ll be the heartbeat of the site, split roughly 60% on the tools and 40% site management. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the white-glove standards my client is known for while keeping the project moving.
