Promoting a customer service orientated business, to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision and to operate the Workshop profitably according to set targets.

• Management of Workshop in line with budget and company strategic objectives (Work in progress, work scheduling, quality of work, quote accuracy, profitability of individual workshops and department, profitability of maintenance contracts etc)
