A well‑established contractor is looking for a Working Foreman to support the delivery of amercial refurbishment being converted into 8 new homes near Fareham. The project is valued at roughly £800k and requires someone confident working hands‑on while coordinating day‑to‑day site activities.
The RoleThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in both the management and the physical delivery of a project. You’ll be supporting the Site Manager across daily operations, while also assisting with elements of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry as needed. The role will include overseeing trades, monitoring progress, and helping to keep the site operating smoothly and safely.
