Job Summary

:

The Program Manager will lead Bechtel’s Wyoming Pilot Program and be a Bechtel Workforce Services representative in Wyoming for coordination and support of existing and emerging Projects in the region. #LI-TH1 

Major Responsibilities:


Program Leadership – Wyoming Pilot

  • Own the execution plan and end-to-end delivery of the pilot; translate strategy into milestones, risks, and KPIs; drive ‑cross functional‑ alignment with IR/LR, Construction, ES&H, Legal/Compliance, IS&T, and College partners.

  • Manage partnerships with Laramie County Community College (LCCC) and Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) for targeted Pipefitting and Electrical craft pathways, coordinating curriculum, equipment, scheduling, and instructor capacity.

  • Maintain pilot documentation and schedule. Highlight and address any potential issues that may impact the success of the program.
