This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and workforce strategy, focusing on transforming complex HR and business data into actionable insights and analytical tools.
This position is embedded within Takeda’s People Analytics and Capabilities team and requires deep engagement with HR use cases such as workforce planning, talent metrics, and strategic forecasting, ensuring insights are not only analytically rigorous, but practically meaningful for decision-making.
