Under the direction of the Director of Learning and Development, the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Learning and Development Training Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of clinical onboarding, training, and support to new workforce members in clinical programs as well as ongoing training and support for tenured staff. The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Learning and Development training coordinators are required to instruct on curricula, course outlines, and training materials based on regulatory requirements, program contracts, and based in person directed, trauma informed, and CLAS models of care as well as serving as the subject matter in training for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities program.
