Job Summary:

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key metrics related to finance and HR, as well as creating insightful and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI. They analyze, interpret data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights that support employee, department, and company goals and strategies. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Engineering, they gain a deep understanding of our key business metrics that align with company and department objectives.
