Job Responsibilities :

• Support Site HR and Production teams on workers’ welfare matters.
• Check workers’ daily attendance and manage disciplinary cases.
• Conduct counselling sessions for workers with disciplinary issues.
• Issue warning letters based on customer or management instructions.
• Assist workers in resolving grievances or personal issues.
• Prepare workers’ vacation and repatriation-related documents.
• Coordinate new worker intakes, orientation, training, and badge issuance.
• Conduct surveys for contract extensions.
• Arrange transportation for workers (factory to hostel/clinic).
• Support onsite HR documentation and administrative work.
• Prepare internal and external reports as assigned by the superior.
• Perform other tasks within capability as assigned from time to time.
