We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workers Compensation Plant Representative II to analyze and process complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims. In this role, you will investigate and gather information to determine the exposure on claims and manage them through well-developed action plans to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Responsibilities

+ Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims.

+ Handle a full caseload, including cases of increased severity.

+ Manage claims through well-developed action plans for timely and cost-effective resolutions.

+ Calculate and assign appropriate reserves to claims and manage reserve adequacy throughout the life of the claim.

+ Calculate and pay benefits due, approve, and make timely claim payments and adjustments, and settle claims within designated authority level.
