Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Time & Absence Consultant to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce management processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions and system designs.
