Workday Production Support (AMS)

Key Skills

• Hands on experience with Workday functional modules (HCM / Comp / Talent / Benefits)


• Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework


• Experience in L1/L2 AMS support model and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)


• Ability to analyze cross module functional impacts


• Working knowledge of Workday reporting and data validation


• Strong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interaction
