This role will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of compensation programs in Workday, translating business strategies into scalable solutions while ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and compliance across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Owns the architecture and configuration for the payroll ecosystem
Create and maintain payroll eligibility rules, payroll calculations, earning and deduction codes, pay components, and pay component groups for multiple companies
Maintain payroll system configuration to process garnishments, pretax/post‑tax deductions, retro pay, off‑cycle payrolls, bonuses, and year‑end processing
