Job Description
Elevate HR operations as a Workday HRIS Analyst with Onni, focusing on system optimization and data accuracy in an office setting. Gather requirements, enhance HRIS functionality, and provide robust analytics for business success.
As an integral member of Onni's HR team, you will utilize your 3–5 years of experience in Workday administration to configure and enhance HRIS modules, including Payroll, Recruiting, and HCM. Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs and implement solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes.
