The Workday Data Conversion Associate supports the execution of data conversion activities for Workday implementations and optimization projects. The role focuses on preparing, transforming, validating, and loading data from legacy systems into Workday, while maintaining data quality, completeness, and alignment to business requirements. The Associate works under the guidance of conversion leads and collaborates with functional/technical teams to deliver conversion outcomes across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Student (as applicable)
